Angiography services were founded in Gyumri Medical Center in 2012. The RA President Serzh Sargsyan presented an angiographic device to the Center. The Unit is equipped with innovative Simens ArtisZec device and all necessary equipments for cardiovascular examinations.
The angiographic service started to function in Gyumri Medical Center since May 1, 2014. The following services are provided in the Department of Angiography:
Coronary catheterization- Renal angiography
- Angiography of peripheral vessels
- Ventriculography
- Angiography of aorta
- Stenting of coronary arteries.
The above mentioned services are provided 24 hours a day in Gyumri Medical Center which are implemented by intervention cardiologist Karen Mikayelyan.
