The Department of Hemodialysis operates in Gyumri Medical Center since April 1, 2013.  The Department is equipped with innovative devices of artificial kidney.

Filter and the concentrator, i. e. acid-based, streaming lines and venous arterial needles, necessary for dialysis procedure, are for a single time use. It also has a modern water purification station which is capable to work simultaneously for 18 devices.

The Department with its technical equipments is the only one in Shirak marz. All equipments, without any exception, are new.
The hemodialysis room consists of three parts, each of which is equipped with TVs, functional armchairs which have all suitable positions for patient.

The Department serves terminal phase patients with chronic renal failure.
